Everyone thinks they know a good website designer. How well can your web designer translate your ideas?

I have asked Creative at Heart to build a website for my relocation and home finding business. I’m not digital media savviest person so I did not know to what extent my ideas can be realised, especially since I am very particular in what I want. Ben from Creative at Heart listened and managed to translate all my ideas into a website that has got the functionality I need as well as meeting my requirements. He has gone a step further during whole process and has always managed to create what I wanted and advice on the best solution if my requirement was not realistic – whether it was fine tuning of colours or more complex issues with the web forms. He also created artwork for my business stationary which looks great. I will be definitely using Creative at Heart in the future.
